Questions List

List peer questions the caller has sent and their lifecycle state.

What It Does

questions_list lists peer questions the caller has sent via ask_andee. It shows each question's lifecycle state without returning answer text.

Use this when the user asks what they have asked lately, whether someone answered, or which outgoing questions are still pending.
